It is a special week because it’s Holy week which always stimulates reflection; reflecting on the things we’re grateful for, we’re blessed with. We reflect on what we do have in our lives, and what we don’t have in our lives (and are better off without).
It is also the first full week of Spring which is a great time to do some Spring cleaning; clean up your finances, your workouts, nutrition, maybe a relationship in your family or with a friend, or maybe even your relationship with yourself. Clean up your attitude, clean out your headtrash, and so on.
So this week, a very special week, focus on cleaning some things in your life and comment below on what it did in your life.
