I am sure there are many times in our lives where we will “have a bad day.” We must learn to stay positive and focused throughout it to understand that we have the power of controlling what delegates a “bad day.”
Mark Cuban says it best, “Doesn’t matter if the glass is half-empty or half-full. All that matters is that you are the one pouring the water.”
We are in control and can determine how we feel about the outcome of our day. We can turn a “bad day” into a GREAT ONE. We just have to change our thinking patterns and focus on the good things that happened that day.
865 things could have gone wrong, but as long as ONE thing happened that was positive, do your best to focus on that. Now certainly there can be tragic events out of our control, but for as far as the daily occurrences such as traffic, dropping a plate, stubbing your toe etc., just do your best to focus on went well that day and I am sure you will feel much better about the outcome of your day.
Remember to stay positive and focus on getting better each day. Have a wonderful day!
